2. Services

Hyperformance Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, website development, social media management, performance marketing, and content creation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of Hyperformance Media unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment, client-owned deliverables (websites, content, designs) will be transferred to the client as outlined in the service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to platforms and accounts required for service delivery. Delays caused by client-side factors may affect project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and methods will be specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in paused work until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hyperformance Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable. Pre-paid amounts for unstarted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
